In the spring and autumn, La Vita Sukha opens its door for seasonal stays and coliving in the gentle hills of Puglia, southern Italy.

Set in the fairytale-like historic mountain village of Roseto Valfortore, our beautiful villa provides a calm, grounded base for people seeking a longer stay in Italy – whether to work remotely, focus on creative projects, slow down, or explore the region at a more natural pace.

Immersed in the peace and calm of nature, this is a place for independent living within shared space. Here, connection arises organically, without pressure or expectation.

In the long term, we’d love to see an intentional community form here, based on permaculture principles and regenerative farming. Our coliving seasons are a way of bringing those people to us naturally and organically.

Seasonal stays at La Vita Sukha are designed for people who value:

Residents stay for 2 weeks up to 3 months, living alongside others in a relaxed, respectful environment. Some people enjoy shared meals and conversation; others prefer quiet independence. Both are welcome here.

This is a lived-in home with clear boundaries and room to breathe, not a programme, course, or a place where emotional support or mediation is provided.
