How Much Does It Cost?
Blue Room
Very large south-facing double room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a south-facing balcony overlooking the front garden and a private annex room with a desk. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.
Price per night for single or double occupancy:
Less than 7 nights: €100
7 nights or more: €90
28 nights or more: €70
This room can sleep up to 3 people. If an extra single bed is required, this can be added for an additional €50 a night.
Purple Room
Very large room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the swimming pool. The bed can be separated into two single beds, or remain as a large king size bed. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

7 nights or more: €90
28 nights or more: €70
This room can sleep up to 3 people. If an extra single bed is required, this can be added for an additional €50 a night.
Green Room
Large double/twin room with separate private bathroom utilised only by guests staying in this room. This room has a south-facing balcony overlooking the front garden. The bed can be separated into 2 single beds. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

7 nights or more: €70

Grey Room
A huge bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the pool and a private annex room with a desk. This room comfortably sleeps four. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.
Price per night for single or double occupancy:
Less than 7 nights: €110
7 nights or more: €100
28 nights or more: €75
This room can sleep up to 4 people. If single beds are required, they can be added for an additional €50 per bed per night, up to a maximum of two extra single beds. If an additional double bed is required, this can be added for an extra €100 per night.
Dorm Room
Six single beds in a huge space on the top floor. Separate bathroom shared only with the guests staying in this room. This room has 2 entrances, and the room can be divided into three sections with room dividers, allowing for private space should this be desired. It also has air conditioning. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

Entire Villa
The villa is optimised for 12 guests, but if people are happy to share, we can accommodate up to 20 guests. We charge an additional €20 per person above the 12-person optimum. Parties are strictly not allowed.

Welcome to our villa in Roseto Valfortore – a peaceful, light-filled home with space to relax, connect, and breathe.
The house offers two common areas: an open-plan kitchen and dining room, and a spacious living room. There’s also a second indoor/outdoor kitchen and a sunlit conservatory that becomes the perfect summertime dining spot.
Outside, our fully private pool is one of the villa’s highlights. Although we’re tucked at the very end of the road, it’s only a 5-minute walk to the main square, cafés, restaurants, and local shops.
Every room is designed for rest, with high-quality mattresses, soft linens, and either an ensuite or a bathroom just beside it.
Fibre-optic internet with repeaters on every floor makes the space ideal for remote work too.
Roseto Valfortore is an 800-year-old fairytale village in the hills of Puglia – walkable, friendly, safe, and rich with authentic Italian charm. Nature surrounds us, with beautiful hiking trails leading straight into the rolling Monti Dauni.
The village has everything you need: small grocery stores, a butcher, cosy cafés, excellent restaurants, and daily food vendors bringing fresh produce, cheeses, fish, and other local delights.
