How Much Does It Cost?
Luxury Private Double
Very large south-facing double room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a south-facing balcony overlooking the front garden and a private annex room with a desk. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.
Price per night for single or double occupancy:
Less than 7 nights: €100
7 nights or more: €90
28 nights or more: €70
This room can sleep up to 3 people. If an extra single bed is required, this can be added for an additional €50 a night.
Luxury Twin or Double
Very large room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the swimming pool. The bed can be separated into two single beds, or remain as a large king size bed. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

Less than 7 nights: €100
7 nights or more: €90
28 nights or more: €70
This room can sleep up to 3 people. If an extra single bed is required, this can be added for an additional €50 a night.
Private Twin or Double
Large double/twin room with separate private bathroom utilised only by guests staying in this room. This room has a south-facing balcony overlooking the front garden. The bed can be separated into 2 single beds. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

7 nights or more: €70

Master Suite
A huge bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the pool and a private annex room with a desk. This room comfortably sleeps four. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

Less than 7 nights: €110
7 nights or more: €100
28 nights or more: €75
This room can sleep up to 4 people. If single beds are required, they can be added for an additional €50 per bed per night, up to a maximum of two extra single beds. If an additional double bed is required, this can be added for an extra €100 per night.
Dorm-style Room
Six single beds in a huge attic space. Separate bathroom shared only with the guests staying in this room. This room also has air conditioning. Price includes breakfast and use of the pool.

Entire Villa
The villa is optimised for 15 guests to be very comfortable but if people are happy to share, we can accommodate up to 20 guests. We charge an additional €30 per person above the 15-person optimum. Parties are strictly not allowed.

28 nights or more: €450
From spring 2025, further discounts will be available for stays of 6 months or more. We’re looking for people interested in community facilitation and helping with fun projects on the land.

The villa has 2 common areas: an open-plan kitchen and dining area and a large living room. There is also a second indoor/outdoor kitchen and a conservatory, which makes a fabulous summertime dining area.
One of the main attractions of this beautiful villa is the outdoor pool, which is fully private. Our villa is the last house on the road and is a short 8-minute stroll to the main square and a number of restaurants, cafes and stores.
The rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and linen; every room also has either an ensuite bathroom or a bathroom adjacent to a room.
There is high speed fibre optic internet with repeaters on every floor, thus the space is also fit for working and accessing the internet by multiple users at the same time.
Roseto Valfortore is an 800-year-old village in the region of Puglia, in southern Italy. It is one of those picture-perfect cobble stone villages you see in movies set in Italy, where you can walk everywhere and locals are super friendly. Safety here is definitely not an issue.
The nature is breathtaking and a number of hiking trails are accessible straight from the village into the rolling hills of Monti Dauni.
The village has a couple of small grocery stores, a butcher and a number of cafes and restaurants with incredible food Italy is known for. In addition, food vendors come into the village daily and bring fresh produce, cheeses, fish and many more delicious delicatessen delights.
