How Much Does It Cost?
Luxury Private Double
Very large south-facing double room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a south-facing balcony overlooking the front garden and a private annex room with a desk, should extremely private calls need to be made. Suitable for single occupancy, or a couple.

Two weeks: €990
One month: €1450 (Pay weekly: €400/pw)
Two months: €1160/pm (Pay weekly: €320/pw)
Three months: €1015/pm (Pay weekly: €280/pw)

Luxury Twin or Double
Very large room with private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the swimming pool. Suitable for twin occupancy, with the beds separated into two single beds, or a single person or couple in a large king size bed.

Private Twin or Double
Large double/twin room with separate bathroom that could be utilised by female residents should the dorm room become very full. This room has a south-facing balcony that overlooks the front garden. The bed can be separated into 2 single beds.

Quad Room
A huge bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom. This room has a large terrazza overlooking the pool and a private annex room with a desk, should private calls need to be made. This room comfortably sleeps four. It can also be rented as the Master Suite for those wanting a touch of luxury. Please enquire about the Master Suite price when you make your booking request.

Dorm-style Room
Six single beds in a huge attic space. Separate bathroom shared only with the guests staying in this room. An additional bathroom is available should this room become full. This room also has air conditioning.

We host coliving experiences to connect with individuals interested in being part of a permanent coliving community on a local regenerative farm, which is our long-term vision.
We are seeking mindful, nature-loving individuals who are kind, compassionate, and curious – and who wish to be part of a sustainable household.
If you cherish nature and enjoy spending meaningful time in one place to foster genuine connections, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Eating
Cooking and eating together is about so much more than just sharing food. It is a way to share experiences and make wonderful memories and friendships.
We cook and eat together as much as possible and also enjoy eating out together, sampling the wonderful options in and around the village.
There are a number of restaurants and cafes to choose from.
Permaculture
We care deeply about the environment, love nature and enjoy eating fresh, nutrient-rich home-grown food.
Guided by permaculture design principles, we aim to create a fully sustainable household and local regenerative farm.
If you join us for our coliving experiences, you will have the opportunity to get involved in fun projects on the land.
Our local community is very important to us, and we wish to develop social projects that will benefit the people living here.
Activities
Being a very small village, it is the perfect place for strolling around. The mountains and forests offer some beautiful hikes.
Depending on the season, there may also be the opportunity to get involved in traditional activities such as olive-picking and wine-making.
Cultural immersion is at the heart of our coliving community. We love it when our community members offer skillshares and workshops, not just to us, but also to our local community.
We encourage our coliving community to unite regularly for sharing circles and ceremonies as we find these to be incredibly bonding.
Additional services such as massage, reiki and coaching are available on-site.
Living & Working
Picture your experience unfolding in a former family villa full of Italian charm.
We have fast fibre-optic internet, large common spaces, dedicated coworking areas, pool and ping-pong tables (and a recording studio).
We have 12 comfortable beds available. Some are in a shared room with shared bathrooms, some are private rooms with ensuite bathrooms. All bedrooms have desks.
Environment
Short stays are not conducive to the sense of community and connection at the core of our values. That is why we invite you to stay for as long as you can.
We are open to individuals joining us as longer-term residents to lend us a hand on-site, in exchange for a discounted or free stay.
We have strong connections with the local people who live here and would love to show you what life is like in this traditional Italian agricultural mountain village.
We do our best to support the local economy by choosing to buy fresh, locally-produced ingredients. The village has enough amenities for us to buy our everyday groceries locally.
Our coliving programs for digital nomads, remote workers, freelancers and creatives run from march until the end of may and from september until the end of november.

Our long-term vision includes forming a permanent, harmonious community and co-creating a regenerative farm based on permaculture principles. Our ultimate ambition is to establish a global network of hubs. At this stage, we aim to sponsor individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds, immersing them in community-based sustainable living and providing grants to carry this invaluable learning into their own lives and communities.
